LOBA (Lake Oswego Business Alliance) and the surrounding residential areas are bordered to the north by Tryon Creek State Park, to the east by the Willamette River and right in the middle is Lakewood Bay, the east end of Oswego Lake. The locale and businesses that make up the downtown core make the area a destination for locals and visitors alike. Millennium Plaza Park is touted as Lake Oswego's living room, a gathering area for many of the local community events including concerts and the Farmer's Market. With excellent shopping and dining and fabulous views of the lake, downtown is a must-see when visiting Lake Oswego.
